Associate Products & Systems Engineer

This Associate Products & Systems Engineer role is focused on managing the entire project lifecycle, from Sales–Delivery handover to closure. It would suit someone who can bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills with complex stakeholders and top management to the role.

Engineering work involved

• Managing the entire project lifecycle, from Sales–Delivery handover to closure.
• Ensure delivery, quality, contractual compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for the client.

Technical skills and requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in Manufacturing & Operations contexts, with exposure to product development and industrialization projects.
• Solid knowledge of end-to-end industrial processes (engineering, production, supply chain, quality), with the ability to operate in complex and multi-site environments.
