Data Center Technician focuses on become the primary resolver for your support team, and gain troubleshooting skills on different hardware and software cases.

What the role involves

• Become the primary resolver for your support team, and gain troubleshooting skills on different hardware and software cases.
• Maintain the highest safety standards and diligently encourage a world-class safety culture.
• Diagnosing hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs.
• Possibility to work rotating shifts (morning/late/night) as well as weekends to maintain the 24/7 data center environment.
• Local travel may be required up to 10% of the time.

Skills and requirements

• Our data centers are located in remote areas outside Milan, where access via public transport may be limited.
• Therefore, a valid EU driving license is required for this role.
• This is a 100% Onsite in-person position due to the hands-on nature of managing mission-critical infrastructure and data center industry.
• IT hardware troubleshooting related experience.
