Data Center Technician focuses on become the primary resolver for your support team, and gain troubleshooting skills on different hardware and software cases.
What the role involves
- Become the primary resolver for your support team, and gain troubleshooting skills on different hardware and software cases.
- Maintain the highest safety standards and diligently encourage a world-class safety culture.
- Diagnosing hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs.
- Possibility to work rotating shifts (morning/late/night) as well as weekends to maintain the 24/7 data center environment.
- Local travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
Skills and requirements
- Our data centers are located in remote areas outside Milan, where access via public transport may be limited.
- Therefore, a valid EU driving license is required for this role.
- This is a 100% Onsite in-person position due to the hands-on nature of managing mission-critical infrastructure and data center industry.
- IT hardware troubleshooting related experience.
