Skills and requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of full P&L responsibility for a complex, multi-site business.
• Proven ability to implement change across complex organization, overcome objections and create change-agents at all levels.
• Ability to demonstrate strong leadership and create relations of trust with teams, internal & external stakeholder and to lead them successfully through period of changes.
• Ability to create a vision and move the organization through transparent and team approach to translate strategy into business results.
