Human Factor Team Leader focuses on steering the human factor activities: attending meeting with customer and other functions, collecting input and tasks, reporting outputs.

What the role involves

• Steering the Human factor activities: attending meeting with Customer and other functions, collecting input and tasks, reporting outputs.
• Benchmarking analysis of competitor solutions and dimensions.
• Creation and updating of 3D target surfaces collectors.

Skills and requirements

• In 2025 Italdesign obtained the Top Employers Certification for the tenth year in a row.
• At least 8 years of experience in Concept at OEM.
• Experience on concept phase process and milestone.
• Knowledge of Design convergence process.

Confirmed role details

• Tracking and solving issues/target deviations through various phases and travel to customer sites to agreed Project content.
