What the role involves

• Provide legal advice on employment law matters (both individual and collective) to support HR and management.
• Coordinate external law firms where necessary.
• Supporting extraordinary transactions (reorganizations, restructurings) from a labor law perspective.
• Review, and negotiate employment contracts, collective agreements, and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industrial relations regulations.
• Handling disciplinary procedures, dismissals, and workforce reduction processes.
