What the role involves

• Leading the Plant Execution Team to activate and order bills of materials.
• Managing build schedules, track material availability, identify.
• Report build status, risks, and escalations to leadership.
• Develop standard processes for plant execution handoffs from product development to plant teams.
• Driving continuous improvement in bill of materials activation speed and accuracy.

Skills and requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a closely related field, or equivalent required.
• Advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• 5-7 years minimum of experience in project management within manufacturing, plant operations, or product development environments.
