Reboot Monkey operates 24 datacenter facilities across 6 continents. Every one of those facilities needs reliable, skilled Data Center Technicians (DCTs) who can execute Smart Hands and Remote Hands work to our standard.

People work involved

Source, screen, and recruit Data Center Technicians across facilities in the APAC region. Conduct technical screening interviews — assess hands-on DC skills, not just resume keywords. Verify technician credentials: certifications, references, and work history.

  • 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or team staffing experience (formal or informal — managing a DCT pool counts).
  • Knowledge of DC infrastructure: structured cabling, server racking, cross-connects, PDUs, environmental monitoring.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
